EDITORIAL POLICY

1. Focus and Scope
Estrategia Minerva is an open-access academic platform dedicated to the analysis of the relationship between Philosophy, Strategy, and Human Rights. It publishes original essays combining theoretical reflection and practical application in areas such as:
- Political philosophy
- Legal theory
- Strategy and negotiation
- Democracy and the public sphere
- Human rights
The project seeks to build bridges between normative theory and contemporary problems.
2. Types of Contributions
The following are accepted:
- Analytical essays
- Conceptual articles
- Critical commentaries
Contributions must be original, rigorous, and argumentatively structured.
3. Authorship Policy
The platform is directed by its editor, who acts as the principal author. External contributions may be published by invitation or editorial selection.
4. Language
Estrategia Minerva is a bilingual publication:
- Spanish
- English
Some texts may appear in both versions. Systematic translation is not guaranteed.
5. Author Guidelines
Texts must be signed with the author’s name, affiliation, and ORCID, accompanied by a 200-word abstract and 4 keywords. The recommended length is approximately 1,000 words. The citation style is APA 7th ed. A bibliography section listing all cited works must be included.

6. Editorial Process
Texts undergo a non-anonymous editorial review process based on:
- Originality
- Argumentative clarity
- Conceptual rigour
- Thematic relevance
No formal external peer review is applied in the strict sense. A response is expected within approximately one month.
7. Publication Frequency
Continuous publication (rolling basis), with an approximate monthly periodicity.
8. Ethics Policy
The following are required:
- Originality of content
- Proper citation of sources
- Absence of plagiarism
- Intellectual honesty
The ideas expressed are the sole responsibility of their authors. External authors should declare any potential conflicts of interest.
9. Artificial Intelligence Policy
When a piece of content has been written or significantly assisted by an AI tool, this will be explicitly stated at the foot of the article or post.
AI may only be used as a supporting tool. It does not replace original research, consultation of primary sources, or the critical analysis inherent to academic work. The contents of this blog comply with the ethical standards of scientific communication.
10. Open Access
All content is freely and openly accessible. No article processing charges (APCs) apply.
11. Copyright
Unless otherwise stated:
- Texts remain the property of their authors.
- Dissemination for academic purposes is permitted, provided the source is cited.
